These 2.5"x20" casings will stuff 2-1/2# of sausage. Mahogony in color. Use for summer sausage, salami or any kind of lunch meat. Soak in warm water 10 to 15 minutes before stuffing. Perforated so smoke can penetrate casing. These casings are non-edible and are packed 25, 50 or 100/package.
