28mm Cellulose Casings


Put directly on stuffing horn, do not soak in water.  These casings can be peeled off after smoking for a tender sausage bite. Each casing stuffs approximately 25# of sausage.

Outstanding! I've been wanting to make a good skinless venison dog for a long time and decided to give these a go. Talk about an easy to use, durable casing! Compared to other casing types, these are really a joy to work with.
