#22 Plate sizes:
3/16", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" #22 Plates are made of carbon steel and measure 3-1/4" dia. with a 7/16"center hole. Knife has a 1/2" square hole. Use silicon grease and lubricant spray to keep plate from rusting and sharp. We carry 5 different plate sizes. Please specify what size you need in the drop down box below.
