Our newest addition to our cured and smoked sausages. Has a great salami taste. Stuff into fibrous summer sausage casings. Stuff into lunch meat size casing to make a great tasing lunch meat. Add some whole peppercorns, or maybe a touch of garlic to taste. Either way you slice it, its a great tasting sausage. Comes with sure cure. Also included are mixing, stuffing and smoking procedures. You can order a unit to make a 25# batch, 50# batch or 100# batch – select below.
