#10 grinder plates are made of stainless steel. Each plate is 2-3/4" diameter and has 3mm (1/8") plate holes. We carry 3 different plate sizes: 3/16", 1/4", 3/4". Please specify what size you need. Use silicon grease and lubricant to keep plates from rusting and sharp.
