To be used with Whole Muscle Meat only. This jerky blend has the great taste of hickory smoke. Use with beef, pork, poultry, venison or any wild game. Comes with brown sugar cure. Mix the hickory smoke seasoning and the brown sugar cure together in a plastic bag. Put in shaker bottle and season to desired taste, or just sprinkle seasoning on meat by hand. Hold in refrigerator over night to cure. Put in smokehouse or dehydrator and dry to desired dryness. You can order a unit to make a 25# batch, 50# batch or 100# batch.
