New to our smoked line of seasonings and the name says it all. Makes a great tasting smoked sausage with the taste of garlic. The garlic is not over powering but can be tasted. I like to stuff it in chub casings or it can also be stuffed in ring bologna or hog casings to eat in a sandwich. Comes complete with sure cure, casings and directions to make 25# of sausage.
