Payment Policy

Checks are deposited upon receipt. We reserve the right to verify funds with your bank before shipping which may cause a delay of up to 10 to 14 business days. There is a $20 service charge for returned checks. All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. However back orders do occur, these items will be shipped as we receive them. Iowa residents must pay applicable sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct layout and printing errors. Quantities of some products may be limited.

Shipping Information

US Postal Service Priority Mail is more economical for small, lightweight products and is delivered in 2 to 3 business days. UPS is more economical for heavier items. You can select which shipping options you prefer when placing an order. Most items are shipped the next day the order is received. Some items are not in stock and take 10 days to 2 week delivery.

Returned Merchandise

You must call first for returns, and then with our approval, we accept returned merchandise. You have 10 days to return items from the date you receive them. Any merchandise returned to us must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition. All shipping charges are to be prepaid and non-refundable. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF SEASONINGS, CURES OR COLLAGEN AND NATURAL CASINGS.

Breakage or Damage

Please report any breakage or damage to the carrier. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS TO US WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING THE CARRIER. We must receive notice of damaged goods within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to keep the packaging. UPS may not pay for damaged goods unless they can inspect original package.
